the room was such a disaster, wet towels everywhere and unemptied bins, never seen more dirty hair! I almost gave a good review, but then could hardly breathe from the nasty smell from the bathroom! how I’d expect to receive a complimentary upgrade, nothing more special than dirty linens, that’s so typical.

Our Family Room with Balcony had everything we needed. Cozy with a balcony, and air conditioning kept it cool. Super convenient with a washing machine, fridge, and microwave. The bathroom had nice toiletries and was private. The air purifiers were a great touch too! Easy access to Ueno and Minowa station made exploring so simple.
